Social media for naturopaths and nutrition practitioners

Stop competing with influencers. Own your specialism.

Social media that puts one condition and your credentials front and centre, keeps every post within the health-claims rules where you practise, and feeds your blog and Google profile too.

Say hello

Let me introduce myself

A few minutes on who I am, how I think about social media, and what actually makes me different.

The problem

Qualified, and drowned out

Nutrition is the noisiest space on social media. Expertise alone doesn't cut through, and the wrong claim can cause real trouble.

The most crowded space on social

Nutrition and wellness is saturated, so generic tips disappear in the feed.

Influencers get the attention

Uncredentialed accounts often out-reach qualified practitioners, because their content is built for the algorithm, not for accuracy.

One claim can cause real trouble

A "cure" or "treat" claim risks trouble with regulators and the platforms.

A little about me

The person behind the strategy

“Your training is your edge. It should be visible in every post.”

I got into social media by accident, then completely on purpose. One late-night rabbit hole and I found brands that had built real trust entirely through a screen. It never left me, so I learned it properly: the strategy, the psychology, the ads and the systems.

Everything I build starts with one question: who are we really talking to, and what would make them trust you over the loudest account in their feed? For a practitioner, that means one clear specialism and credentials people can actually see.

I built this service specifically for naturopaths and nutrition practitioners. You share your expertise, I turn it into content and reuse it for your blog and Google profile, and you approve everything before it goes live.

Based in Nigeria, working remotely across time zones with owner-led businesses on three continents.

What I do

The Specialist Authority Engine

Own one specialism on social media, make your credentials visible, and keep every post within the health-claims rules where you practise. The same content feeds your blog and Google profile, so it supports your SEO rather than competing with it.

01

One motivated audience

Content repositioned around a single focus, such as PCOS, perimenopause or gut health, so you stand out from general wellness accounts.

02

Credentials front and centre

Your training, memberships and evidence-based approach, shown in the content, not just the About page.

03

Every post within the rules

Written for FTC rules in the US, the ASA in the UK, the TGA in Australia and Health Canada.

04

A specialist free guide

A focused guide feeding an email sequence, which suits long-term, repeat clients.

05

Blog and Google, too

Content reused for your blog and Google Business profile, so social supports your SEO.

Upper end of typical supplement dispensary margins (20% to 35%)
1 in 10
Women of reproductive age are estimated to have PCOS (WHO: 8% to 13%)

US women reach menopause each year

A focused specialism puts you in front of a large, motivated audience, and long-term clients keep revenue steady.

Compliance

Stay on the right side of the rules

Every post is written for the health-claims rules where you practise, and you approve everything before it goes live.

United States (FTC)

Health claims must be backed by competent and reliable scientific evidence. No claims to cure or treat disease.

United Kingdom (ASA & CAP)

Nutrition and health claims must be authorised or substantiated, and claims about medical conditions are restricted.

Australia (TGA & Ahpra)

Therapeutic claims and testimonials are tightly controlled, especially for products and registered practitioners.

Canada (Health Canada)

Claims about treating, curing or preventing disease need authorisation, and advertising must not be misleading.

Supplements and your dispensary

Product posts describe ingredients and general wellbeing, never disease outcomes.

Risky wording vs the safe rewrite
✕ Risky“This tea cures bloating.”
✓ Safe“Many of my clients find this helps with bloating.”
✕ Risky“Reverse your PCOS naturally.”
✓ Safe“Nutrition support for living well with PCOS.”

Questions

Frequently asked

I'm focused on SEO first.

Everything I create can be reused for your blog and Google profile, so it supports the SEO work too.

Will narrowing my niche lose me clients?

It usually does the opposite. A clear specialism attracts motivated clients who stay, and you can still serve others.

Do you know the health-claims rules?

Yes. FTC, ASA, TGA or Health Canada, depending on where you practise, and you approve every post.

Do I need to be on camera?

Not necessarily. Carousels, voice notes and short explainers all work.

Can you promote my supplements?

Yes, within the rules: ingredients and general wellbeing, never disease claims.

What happens on the call?

We look at your content together and choose the specialism to lead with.
