Social media for owner-operated med spas

Your consults are world-class. Your feed should be too.

I turn short phone clips from your clinic into Reels and posts that build trust, follow the advertising rules where you practise, and bring people to a consultation. Built from about 30 minutes of footage a week.

Let me introduce myself

A few minutes on who I am, how I think about social media, and what actually makes me different.

The problem

Why great clinics have quiet feeds

It is rarely the clinic. It is time, sameness and advertising rules that keep moving.

You're a clinician, not a content team

The feed goes quiet in your busiest weeks. Many clinics bolt social media onto a front-desk role, which is why it never gets the attention it deserves.

Every clinic looks the same

77% of practices say they struggle to stand out (Growth99, published on AmSpa). Same stock photos, same offers, same captions.

Paid ads got harder

Meta restricts before-and-after images, needles and some health data in ads. Organic content that earns trust now does more of the heavy lifting.

A little about me

The person behind the strategy

“Your clinic deserves content as careful and considered as the care you give.”

I got into social media by accident, then completely on purpose. One late-night rabbit hole and I found brands that had built real trust entirely through a screen. It never left me, so I learned it properly: the strategy, the psychology, the ads and the systems.

Everything I build starts with one question: who are we really talking to, and what would make them feel safe enough to book? For a clinic, that means calm education, real faces and nothing that oversells.

I built this service specifically for owner-operated med spas and aesthetic clinics. You film for about 30 minutes a week, I handle the rest, and you approve everything before it goes live.

What I do

A content engine built from 30 minutes a week

You film. I plan, edit, caption, schedule and manage comments, all around the rules where you practise. Nearly half of consumers say a provider's social media affects their decision to book (ASDS, 2025).

01

Provider-led education

Myth-busting, what to expect and aftercare. The content that makes a nervous first-timer feel ready to book.

02

Compliant results and process

Consultations, skin analysis and the patient journey, formatted for the rules where you practise.

03

Trust and personality

Your team, your clinic and behind the scenes. People book people.

04

Rule-safe offers

Memberships, consultation events and slow-month campaigns for January and summer.

05

Patient recall emails

Post-treatment and recall sequences that bring patients back at the right time. 73% of med spa patients are repeat patients (AmSpa).

Compliance

Built for your country's rules

Content is planned around where you practise, and you approve everything before it goes live.

United States

FTC truth-in-advertising: unfiltered before-and-afters with consistent lighting, "results vary" wording and written patient consent. State medical board rules apply too, for example California requires the supervising physician's name.

Canada

Prescription product brand names cannot appear in public marketing. Provincial colleges restrict testimonials and before-and-afters, so content centres on education, process and trust.

United Kingdom & Ireland

Prescription-only medicines cannot be promoted on social media at all. Content centres on consultations, skin health, non-prescription treatments and practitioner expertise.

Australia

Ahpra's cosmetic procedure guidelines (September 2025) mean no testimonials, including from influencers, nothing aimed at under-18s, and higher-risk content flagged as adult.

New Zealand & elsewhere

Factual claims only, no guarantees, and nothing that implies a procedure is risk-free.
