Stephanie Piccirelli
From partnerships executive to OEM insider, with LinkedIn impressions up 1,528%
Stephanie Piccirelli has 20+ years of OEM and channel partnership wins at Targus, Logitech and McAfee, but her story read like everyone else's. I repositioned her for AI-era roles, rebuilt her resume for NVIDIA and gave her a public voice on LinkedIn.

World-class results, told like everyone else's
The problem was not a lack of results. It was how those results were being told.
A scattered story
A resume, a designed bio, a cover letter and a 90-day plan each worked on their own. Together they did not land one clear, memorable idea.
She read like a generalist
Phrases like 'managed high-value partnerships' could describe hundreds of candidates. Her MIT AI strategy certificate and Data Centre Fundamentals certification sat at the bottom of the page instead of powering the story.
No public voice
Two decades of insider knowledge, and no visible thought leadership on LinkedIn, the exact place her target hiring managers spend time.

Lead with depth, not achievements
Midway through her search, a contact inside NVIDIA gave one piece of advice: lead with deep domain expertise at specific OEM accounts. That became the lens for everything I built.
Audit and positioning
I mapped every document in her search, from her resume and bio to her Equinix, AMD and Micron materials, into one master view. It surfaced four gaps: a fragmented narrative, AI not tied to results, no signature framework and no public authority. It also surfaced hidden strengths, like repeat C-suite trust and pattern recognition across 40+ countries.
Turn the advice into a plan
When the NVIDIA advice came in, I wrote Stephanie a clear plan. Signal relationship depth by function and by region (AMER, EMEA, APJ) rather than naming contacts, add an OEM Domain Expertise section near the top, and save the deeper deal context for the cover letter and LinkedIn.
An NVIDIA-targeted resume
I rebuilt her resume around functional depth across seven OEM functions, from legal and finance to procurement, supply chain and emerging technology, and aligned it to the role's exact priorities: joint GTM planning, OEM sales enablement and partner readiness. We cut a master resume plus a variant down to one focused document, then polished it over two rounds.
An industry intelligence system
To speak credibly to semiconductor and AI infrastructure hiring managers, she needs to read what they read. I built a guide to 24 outlets across six categories, from semiconductors and memory to data centre and AI infrastructure, with a daily Feedly and Google Alerts routine.
LinkedIn thought leadership
Instead of posting about herself, she became the person who explains what each big OEM, chip and AI infrastructure partnership means: Broadcom and VMware, Intel and Tata, AMD and HPE, Dell and Microsoft. Each post opens sharp, leans on her insider experience and closes with a question. 50 posts in 12 months, with branded graphics in light blue and white.

A public voice the right rooms hear
50 posts lifted her impressions 1,528% on the previous 12 months. Reach is nice. Reaching the accounts her positioning is built on is the point.

What this means for your brand
Specific beats impressive
'$155M' is impressive. 'Already trusted across procurement, legal, supply chain and product at the accounts you sell into' is what gets someone hired.
One insight, applied everywhere
The NVIDIA advice did not change one bullet. It became the lens for the resume, the cover letter strategy and her LinkedIn presence.
Commentary, not self-promotion
None of her top posts are about her. They are about partnerships her audience cares about, and her expertise shows in how she reads them.
