Five platforms, 34 graphics and 30 days of compliant content, live before handover
A1Vitality is a family-owned US supplement brand for adults over 40, with a ConsumerLab Top Pick for its turmeric and no real social presence. I set up the accounts, wrote the compliance rules and built a month of content, then scheduled it all and handed over a system the team can run on its own.

A strong product in a regulated category
A1Vitality had a rare credential and a professional, evidence-aware tone. What it lacked was the social infrastructure to say any of it, safely.
No system to build on
Facebook and Instagram existed but were not optimised. There was no Pinterest, no YouTube and no content system behind any of it.
Tight rules on every word
Supplement advertising falls under FTC guidelines. Disease claims, cure language and misleading results are violations, so the content had to earn trust without crossing the line.
A credential sitting unused
Their Turmeric Curcumin with NovaSOL holds a ConsumerLab Top Pick, a credential rarely achieved in the category. There was no compliant way to share it with an audience.
Rules first, then a system
Set up the accounts, write the rules, build content that can be reused, then schedule everything and hand it over.
Review the accounts, then plan
I audited the existing Facebook and Instagram accounts and wrote a setup plan for Pinterest, YouTube, Threads and Bluesky before touching anything.
Set up five platforms under the client's ownership
Facebook and Instagram were optimised, from bios and CTA buttons to highlights and tone. Pinterest and YouTube were built from scratch, and the brand handles on Threads and Bluesky were reserved. I worked with collaborator access only and never held a login.
Write the compliance rules first
I built an approved and prohibited language system against FTC guidelines, and every caption, hashtag and graphic was written against it. The ConsumerLab Top Pick got its own layer: exact disclaimer text, seal sizing rules and strict limits on which posts carry it.
Build a system, not a batch
The 17 posts sit in five content pillars that can stretch to new products and future months without starting over. I designed 34 graphics in Canva: 17 feed graphics at 1080x1350 and 17 Pinterest pins at 1000x1500, with reusable templates for all five format types.
Schedule everything, then hand over
All 17 posts were scheduled on Meta and Pinterest inside their 30-day scheduling window, so nothing depended on me to publish. The handoff document covers brand architecture, compliance rules, ConsumerLab guidelines and month two recommendations.

What this means for your brand
Compliance makes content stronger
Writing inside the rules forces you to find genuine value claims instead of hype. That builds more durable trust with an audience that has seen plenty of brands overpromise.
Give your credentials a strategy
A third-party award buried in one post is wasted. Two dedicated posts and a written rule set mean the credential can be used correctly in every month that follows.
Handover is part of the deliverable
A project succeeds when you can keep it running yourself. A self-contained handoff, covering brand rules, compliance notes, platform links and next steps, is what makes that possible.
